Agreement to These Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by cak44 (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and cak44. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

cak44 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. Account Registration and Management

If you suspect that duplicate accounts exist in your name, you must contact our support team immediately.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. cak44 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access due to your failure to protect your login details. You agree to:

• Never share your password with any third party, including cak44 customer support staff.
• Log out from your account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.
• Notify cak44 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cak44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support a range of trusted payment methods popular in Bangladesh to make depositing and withdrawing funds as convenient as possible for our players.

Deposit Policy

Deposits are processed instantly or within a short processing window depending on the selected method. Prohibited Activities

cak44 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any activity that undermines the integrity of the Platform, harms other players, or violates applicable law. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software to gain an unfair advantage on any game or betting market on cak44.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform for illegal financial transfers.
• Colluding with other players, including sharing information about live games, coordinating bets, or manipulating game outcomes in any way.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities on the Platform for financial or competitive gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of such errors will be voided.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

Intellectual Property

All content available on cak44, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of cak44 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, display, or transmission of any content from this Platform is strictly prohibited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to sublicence, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform.
